Book Covers: Eline Vere
In the beginning of 2016 I forced myself to design a bookcover every week. For Eline Vere (1889) by Louis Couperus I had multiple ideas. I made a minimal one, focussing on the last part of the book and another, more elaborate cover, focused on destiny and vanity. You could recognize the round mirror from my Spiegel self-portrait.
